Introduction

Welcome to Xcloud.

Our goal is to provide a safe, respectful, and enjoyable platform where users can upload, store, manage, stream, and share content.

These Community Guidelines explain what is and is not allowed on Xcloud. They apply to all users, creators, channels, uploaded content, shared content, and other activities on the platform.

By using Xcloud or creating and managing a channel, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines, our Terms & Conditions, and applicable laws.

If you create a channel or share content on Xcloud, you are responsible for the content you publish and how you use the platform.


1. Prohibited Content

Xcloud does not allow content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or otherwise violates these Guidelines.

1.1 Sexual and Explicit Content

The following content is prohibited:

  • Child sexual abuse material or sexual content involving minors.

  • Pornographic content.

  • Explicit sexual acts or sexually explicit material.

  • Sexual exploitation or sexual solicitation.

  • Content that sexualizes minors.

  • Explicit nudity intended for sexual purposes.

  • Content promoting or facilitating sexual exploitation.

Any content involving the sexual exploitation of minors may be reported to the appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.

1.2 Harassment, Hate, and Abusive Content

You may not upload or share content that:

  • Threatens or harasses another person.

  • Encourages violence or hatred against individuals or groups.

  • Promotes discrimination based on protected characteristics.

  • Contains targeted abuse or bullying.

  • Encourages self-harm or harm to others.

  • Invades another person's privacy.

  • Reveals private or confidential information without authorization.

  • Contains malicious or intentionally harmful attacks against individuals or organizations.

1.3 Violent or Graphic Content

You may not upload or share content that:

  • Promotes or glorifies violence.

  • Encourages violent acts.

  • Contains excessively graphic or disturbing violence.

  • Celebrates serious injury or death.

  • Promotes terrorism or violent extremist activity.

  • Encourages dangerous acts that could cause serious harm.

Content may be restricted or removed when it presents a significant risk of harm or is excessively graphic.

1.4 Illegal Activities

Xcloud may not be used to promote, facilitate, or organize illegal activities, including:

  • Fraud and scams.

  • Hacking or unauthorized access.

  • Malware distribution.

  • Phishing.

  • Drug trafficking or illegal drug activity.

  • Financial crimes.

  • Human trafficking or exploitation.

  • Sale or distribution of illegal goods or services.

  • Other activities prohibited by applicable law.


2. Intellectual Property and Copyright

Respecting intellectual property rights is an important part of using Xcloud.

2.1 Upload Only Content You Have Rights To

You should only upload, store, stream, or share content that:

  • You created yourself; or

  • You have permission or a valid license to use; or

  • You are otherwise legally permitted to use.

2.2 Copyrighted Content

You must not upload or distribute copyrighted material without the necessary authorization.

This may include:

  • Movies.

  • Television shows.

  • Music.

  • Videos.

  • Books and documents.

  • Images.

  • Software.

  • Other copyrighted works.

Copyright owners may submit complaints regarding allegedly infringing content.

2.3 Copyright Complaints

If you believe that content on Xcloud infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may contact our support team with sufficient information to identify:

  • The copyrighted work.

  • The allegedly infringing content.

  • Your ownership or authorization.

  • Your contact information.

  • Any other information reasonably necessary to review the complaint.

After reviewing a valid complaint, Xcloud may remove or restrict access to the reported content and may take additional action where appropriate.


3. Respectful and Safe Content

Xcloud is intended to be a safe and respectful platform.

Users must not use Xcloud to publish or distribute:

  • Scams or fraudulent schemes.

  • Misleading or intentionally deceptive content.

  • False claims intended to cause harm.

  • Content designed to manipulate or deceive users.

  • Content encouraging dangerous behavior.

  • Content that puts other users at significant risk.

  • Content designed to exploit or abuse vulnerable individuals.

Creators are expected to consider the potential impact of their content on other users.


4. Creator and Channel Responsibilities

If you create or manage a channel on Xcloud, you are responsible for the content published through that channel.

4.1 Responsible Publishing

Creators should:

  • Publish content responsibly.

  • Respect other users.

  • Respond appropriately to legitimate complaints.

  • Avoid misleading titles, descriptions, thumbnails, or links.

  • Ensure that uploaded content complies with these Guidelines.

4.2 No Harassment or Toxic Behavior

Creators must not use their channels to:

  • Harass or threaten users.

  • Encourage followers to target another person.

  • Organize abusive campaigns.

  • Promote hateful or discriminatory behavior.

  • Encourage dangerous or harmful actions.

4.3 No Harmful Challenges

Content that encourages dangerous challenges, stunts, or activities that could reasonably result in serious injury may be removed or restricted.


5. Spam, Fraud, and Platform Manipulation

Users must not attempt to manipulate Xcloud's systems, engagement metrics, or monetization features.

5.1 Fake Engagement

Prohibited activities include:

  • Purchasing or generating fake views.

  • Purchasing or generating fake followers.

  • Using bots to generate engagement.

  • Artificially inflating downloads or interactions.

  • Using people or services to generate fraudulent activity.

  • Manipulating statistics for financial or promotional benefit.

5.2 Video and Content Spam

You must not excessively upload:

  • Repetitive content.

  • Meaningless or low-value content.

  • Automatically generated spam.

  • Duplicate content intended to manipulate visibility.

  • Content designed primarily to exploit platform algorithms.

5.3 Misleading Redirection

You must not promise users one type of content while intentionally redirecting them to unrelated, deceptive, or harmful websites or services.

Links must not be used to:

  • Phish user information.

  • Distribute malware.

  • Conduct scams.

  • Mislead users about the destination.

  • Circumvent Xcloud restrictions.

5.4 Plagiarism and Unauthorized Reposting

You must not copy, re-upload, or redistribute another creator's content without authorization when such use infringes the creator's rights.

Giving credit does not automatically provide permission to use copyrighted content.


6. Privacy and Personal Information

Users must respect the privacy of others.

You must not publish or distribute another person's private information without appropriate authorization.

This includes, where applicable:

  • Home addresses.

  • Private phone numbers.

  • Private email addresses.

  • Passwords or login credentials.

  • Financial information.

  • Private photographs or videos.

  • Confidential documents.

  • Other sensitive personal information.

If you need to share personal information, make sure you have the appropriate legal basis or permission to do so.


7. Reporting Violations

If you believe content or a channel violates these Community Guidelines, you may report it to the Xcloud support team.

When submitting a report, provide enough information for us to understand the issue, including:

  • The relevant content or channel.

  • The reason for the report.

  • Any supporting information that may help us investigate.

We may review reports and take appropriate action based on the circumstances.


8. Enforcement and Penalties

If we determine that a user or creator has violated these Community Guidelines, Xcloud may take one or more actions depending on the seriousness and frequency of the violation.

Possible actions include:

  • Removing content.

  • Restricting content visibility.

  • Removing or disabling a channel.

  • Limiting specific features.

  • Suspending monetization or payments where applicable.

  • Temporarily suspending an account.

  • Permanently terminating an account.

  • Restricting future access to Xcloud.

  • Reporting serious or unlawful activity to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.

We may take immediate action when necessary to protect users, the platform, or third parties.

The action taken may depend on factors including the severity of the violation, previous violations, potential harm, applicable law, and the user's history on Xcloud.


9. Repeat Violations

Repeated violations may result in increasingly severe enforcement actions.

Users whose accounts are terminated or restricted must not attempt to circumvent enforcement measures by creating or using another account.

Attempts to evade a suspension or termination may result in additional accounts being restricted or terminated.


10. Legal Compliance

Xcloud may take action against content or accounts when required to comply with applicable laws, legal processes, court orders, or requests from authorized governmental authorities.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, serious unlawful activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.


11. Our Right to Take Action

Xcloud reserves the right to remove, restrict, disable, or otherwise take action against content, channels, accounts, or activities that violate these Community Guidelines, our Terms & Conditions, or applicable law.

The examples in these Guidelines are not exhaustive.

We may take other reasonable actions when necessary to protect:

  • Xcloud.

  • Our users.

  • Creators.

  • Third parties.

  • The security and integrity of our platform.

  • Compliance with applicable laws.


12. Appeals and Reviews

If you believe that enforcement action was taken against your content or account in error, you may contact Xcloud support and request a review.

Your request should include:

  • Your account or channel information.

  • The content or action involved.

  • The reason you believe the action was incorrect.

  • Any relevant supporting information.

We may review the request and determine whether the original action should be maintained, modified, or reversed.


13. Changes to These Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes to Xcloud, applicable laws, safety standards, or our moderation practices.

When changes are made, we may update the Last Updated date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of Xcloud after updated Guidelines become effective means that you agree to follow the updated Guidelines.
